NZ MADE 2013 Ltd. T / A Jadcup was established in 2013 by an Auckland couple that was keen to service the Eco-friendly paper cup market in New Zealand, and until then they realized that the cup would consume too much carbon footprint during transportation from overseas to New Zealand.
Inspired to help preserve NZ's pristine environment, the Jadcup founders intended to apply biodegradable and compostable material to produce paper cups.
Jadcup is currently located in the Highbrook Business Park in Auckland. We own highly automotive production facilities and two warehouses which are over 3000 square meters.
We are one of the leading paper cup suppliers in the country to manufacture our cups right here in New Zealand. We specialised in disposable cups.

WHERE IS YOUR COMPANY BASED, AND WHERE ARE THE CUPS MADE?
Jadcup is 100% New Zealand owned and operated and all of our cups are manufactured in our factory in Highbrook, Auckland. We’re the top New Zealand manufacturer of paper cups.
WHAT ARE YOUR CUPS MADE OUT OF? ARE THEY RECYCLABLE? ARE THEY COMPOSTABLE?
Our cups are made from paper lined with either PLA (polylactic acid or polylactide) or PE (polyethylene). The paper is FSC certified that sourced from sustainable paper resource.
PLA cups are compostable. PLA is produced predominantly by NatureWorks under the name Ingeo in Blair, Nebraska, United States. It is a bioplastic made from naturally occurring plant sugar and contains no oil.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF CUPS I CAN ORDER?
You can order a minimum of 500 cups (per size and design).
WHAT SIZES OF CUPS ARE AVAILABLE?
We have 6 oz, 8 oz, 12 oz, and 16 oz size options. Available in Single Wall and Double Wall.
DO I NEED TO ORDER THE SAME NUMBER OF LIDS AS PAPER CUPS?
No. Lids are ordered separately in minimum units of 1,000. Available in Black or White (PS) and Semi-Transparent (CPLA)
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY CUSTOM-PRINTED CUPS TO BE MADE AND DELIVERED?
Turnaround is usually 5-7 working days. Urgent order can be dispatched within only 2 working days from artwork sign off.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY PRICES?
We offer FREE delivery to all of our Auckland customers within 1 - 3 working days via Fastway or Owens.
All orders outside of Auckland will be sent via Courier Post or Owens and the cost will be based on their charges for weight and distance.
Orders out of Auckland may take up to 3-5 working days to be delivered.
WHAT IS THE CHARGE FOR DESIGN HELP ON CUSTOM-PRINTED CUPS?
Relatively simple design work comes free of charge with the cost of the cups. However, if after our initial discussion we believe the design work will be more complex and time-consuming, before we begin we will agree with you an appropriate charge.
